PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Omega 3 provides EPA and DHA both of which are essential fatty acids. It has been shown that these essential fatty acids have a beneficial effect on the body's hormone production, immunity and cardiovascular health.
INGREDIENTS
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid): may help to reduce total cholesterol, increase HDL levels, reduce platelet aggregation, prevent clot formation, reduce inflammation, and help to dilate blood vessels. It may help to stimulate the immune system and assist in combating problems such as eczema, psoriasis, lupus, depression, bipolar depression, and schizophrenia.
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid): is used to treat elevated triglyceride levels and other cardiovascular system problems, including high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, arrhythmias, and Raynaud's disease. It has also been shown to possess anti-inflammatory properties helpful to conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn's disease. It may help to stimulate the immune system and assist in combating problems such as eczema, psoriasis, lupus, depression, bipolar depression, and schizophrenia.
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol): Studies indicate that Vitamin E improves circulation, is necessary for tissue repair, and may be useful in treating premenstrual syndrome and fibrocystic disease of the breast. Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant that is important in the prevention of anemia, cancer and cardiovascular disease. It can reduce scarring, aid in prevention of cataracts, and relax muscle cramps. It also may promote healthy skin and hair.
